Using this store
These terms explain purchases and use of the TechShake online store. Read them alongside our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies. Contact support before ordering if anything is unclear.
Products and configurations
Check the exact model, storage, colour, condition, PTA status and warranty before checkout. Images illustrate the product; the selected configuration and written listing identify what you order. Ask for confirmation where a listing is incomplete.
Prices and confirmation
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees. Review item prices, delivery charges and the total before submitting your order. An automated receipt acknowledges your request; stock and payment verification may still be needed. If an item is unavailable or a material error is discovered, we will contact you rather than substitute an item or charge a different price without agreement.
Payment
Available payment methods and eligibility appear at checkout. For bank transfers, follow the instructions provided for your order. A receipt alone does not confirm cleared funds. Do not transfer money to an account sent by an unverified third party.
Delivery and customer details
Provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates depend on availability, destination and courier service. Contact us promptly for corrections or cancellation before dispatch.
Returns and warranty
Report a wrong, damaged or faulty item through support. Requests are assessed against the listing, condition and applicable customer rights. Warranty provider, duration and coverage vary by product; the store does not imply a universal brand warranty.
Responsible use
Do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with the website. Site material and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Pakistani law. Contact support with concerns so we can work toward a resolution. Future policy changes do not remove agreed rights of an existing order.
